Uniting Hearts Initiative

Our mission at Uniting Hearts Initiative is to connect volunteers virtually with nursing, assisted living, and retirement home residents. The core of our efforts is to provide a way for residents to interact with individuals outside of their facilities during this difficult time of isolation. By arranging web meetings and greeting cards between the residents at our kindred facilities and volunteers across the nation, we hope to bring people together and spread happiness.
